Job Title: Centre Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality early childhood education services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver an emergent curriculum that fosters children's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Maintain effective relationships with parents and families to promote partnership and collaboration.
  • Assist with daily operations, including staff management, enrolments, record keeping, and fees management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor of Early Childhood or Diploma of Children's Services.
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Maintain current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training.
  • Hold a current Child Protection Training Certificate (CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025).
