Job Overview

The Department of Defence is seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Customer Service Manager to oversee commercial and customer service operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to achieve business outcomes, planning workflow and resources, delegating responsibility, managing performance, and guiding and developing people.
  • Manage complex procurement for voyage administration system enhancement capability.
  • Write policy documents, ministerial briefs, board papers, and contribute to strategic plans.
