Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Safety and Assurance Leadership: Lead safety and assurance investigations, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with HSEQ regulations and standards.">
  • Investigation Experience: Conduct thorough investigations using TAPROOT or ICAM methodologies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.">
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs for employees, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and effectively.">
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.">
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and engaging them to achieve shared goals and objectives.">
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Apply strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, recommending practical solutions to address safety and assurance challenges.">

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in HSE / Quality or related discipline.">
  • Experience: 6+ years of HSEQ experience within the Oil & Gas or heavy industry.">
  • Lead Auditor Qualification: Possess a lead auditor qualification by a recognized industry body.">
  • Other Requirements: Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.">
