About the Role
Certis Security Australia is thrilled to announce the expansion of our services. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to embark on this exciting journey with us. Whether you are an experienced security professional or new to the field seeking to gain valuable experience, we offer comprehensive support and training opportunities. Our recruitment sessions will allow us to assess candidates and potentially offer employment on the spot. Working in this dynamic environment places you at the heart of thrilling events and the vibrant atmosphere that our venues are known for. The working hours will be event-dependent, and we also provide services to various other locations across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a collaborative team environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and respect in all interactions.
- Ensure a high standard of security services at client sites.
- Provide security escorts as necessary.
- Document and report any security incidents or breaches.
- Respond swiftly to incidents as they arise.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to manage conflict situations and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
Qualifications
- Valid QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control component (Essential)
- Current First Aid certification with CPR (Essential)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (Desirable)
