We are looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for customer service to explore opportunities in the aviation security field. We invite you to consider the role of Aviation Protection Officer with ISS Security P/L on a Part-Time basis.
The Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (TSP) is a mandatory qualification for all Aviation Screeners. As an accredited training provider, we will support you through the online learning modules and hands-on training to equip you for your role as an Aviation Screener.
This nationally recognized qualification is available at a cost of $1000 (regularly valued at $2000), which includes approximately 25 hours of online coursework and 5 days of compensated practical training conducted within our operational framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to security protocols, verifying that passengers and their belongings are thoroughly screened before departure.
- Manage access to sensitive security zones, conducting physical inspections, and identifying prohibited items.
- Effectively coordinate passenger flow through security checkpoints.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and sound judgment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance in line with company expectations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection.
- On-site training for this qualification will be provided.
- Must successfully complete drug testing and medical evaluations.
- Ability to secure an ASIC (criminal history clearance within the last 10 years).
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule is required.
- Must be fully available for the initial training period.
Additional Opportunities:

- Experience with CCTV and knowledge of surveillance techniques is essential for monitoring operations.
