Bankstown Sports is a one-stop destination for all. Our venues include the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and the Basement Brewhouse, along with diverse food offerings across Italian, Asian, and middle eastern cuisines, just to name a few. The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.

Playing host to exquisite drink and dining options, Lady Banks Rooftop emerges as the jewel in the crown of the Flinders Centre at Bankstown Sports Club.
About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to work at Lady Banks.
This is an exciting opportunity to progress your hospitality career in an exciting and professional environment.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Demonstrating our Culture Values - Strong Team Player, Willingness to Surprise and Delight our guests and a 'Can-Do' Attitude.
- Bar service, with a focus on cocktail making
- Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated and friendly image to guests and staff
- Assisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and services
- Providing efficient and accurate service of food & beverage items to customers in bar areas and/or functions
- Restaurant duties; including table preparation, food & beverage service and cleaning duties
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, across a broad range of diverse cultures
- Cash handling

**Essential experience**:

- Experience working in an al a carte restaurant environment
- Prior experience working in a bar (Cocktail knowledge an advantage)
- Knowledge of responsible service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to carry 3-plates
- Ability to create and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Must have RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work when required: weekday's and weekend's
- Rights to work in Australia
