We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Analytics Leader to join our team at Mane Consulting. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth and success by leveraging cutting-edge data analytics and AI technologies.

As a Senior Consultant / Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and implementing integration solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise in developing and delivering cloud solutions, particularly in areas such as AI/ML, IoT, advanced analytics, and open source, will be instrumental in helping us stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough technical discovery to identify pain points, business and technical requirements, and define optimal solutions.
  • Evaluate the technology stack required for each project, including PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, operations, management, and automation.
  • Compare solution alternatives based on technical and business parameters to ensure alignment with client needs and budget constraints.
  • Participate in presales activities and provide detailed estimations to clients.
  • Leverage your consulting expertise to lead and design client implementations from start to finish.
  • Apply established methodologies, reusable assets, and past experience to deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • Regularly provide written or oral status reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, patterns, methodologies, and market offerings relevant to our clients.
  • Exercise judgment to define solutions and seek guidance when faced with complex problems.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven end-to-end consulting experience with a focus on data-intensive applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to design implementation plans and execute them effectively.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities and providing detailed estimations to clients.
  • Expertise in designing, developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex data-intensive applications using Spark, Databricks, Azure, Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Purview, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in PySpark, Python, and SQL, with comfort working with Java and/or Scala.
  • Able to design and implement data warehouse and pipelines, including ETL, data integration, and streaming, to support teams focused on analytics.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Platform, with hands-on experience in three or more of the following: Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Ability to engineer for performance, scalability, latency, and reliability.
  • Desirable DevOps and automation experience.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
