The Role

We're seeking an experienced Data Analytics Leader to join our Talent & Culture team. As a key member of our workforce strategy and analytics team, you'll play a critical role in helping us become trusted advisors and delivery partners to our business stakeholders.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to inform our workforce planning and talent management decisions. This includes analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and providing recommendations to senior leaders.

Your expertise will also be critical in lifting the standards of data literacy and informed decision-making across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed as a Data Analytics Leader at ANZ, you'll need to have:

  • A degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a business context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • A strong understanding of data governance and security principles
