Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to guests by promptly and professionally handling calls, messages, and requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate guest records, including registration details and Guest History updates.
  • Action diary events, flags, specials, and distribute relevant reports and handovers for seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping for room status updates and manage lost property communication efficiently.
  • Complete daily worksheets, Express Check-out envelopes, and follow Night Audit tasks as required to maintain productivity.
  • Ensure secure handling of guest information at all times.
