About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Excellence Manager to join our team at Indigo People | Sales & Technology Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience within a B2B sales environment, ideally selling to the construction industry or similar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while constantly seeking opportunities for new business.
  • Build on existing client relationships and maximise reach within the accounts.
  • Generate a pipeline of leads through prospecting & research as well as through warm leads.
  • Work strategically with clients; help them solve problems and take advantage of opportunities.
  • Use strong listening skills and a consultative selling approach to uncover pain points and solve business problems.

  • You have a passion for solutions-based sales approach and previous demonstration of sales success and achieving targets.
