We are seeking an exceptional Member Support Consultant to join our dynamic team at George St. As a key member of our club, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and retention by delivering outstanding customer service and inspiring individuals to take control of their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Drive membership growth through proactive outreach activities, generating high-quality sales leads, and achieving sales targets.
  • Provide personalized experiences for members, creating engaging interactions that foster loyalty and encourage continuous improvement.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout their journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective member retention strategies, promoting a culture of inclusivity and community engagement.

**Requirements:**

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Goal-oriented drive, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
