Job Title: Student Engagement Coordinator

This role provides essential support to the Student Recruitment team, ensuring prospective students receive timely and accurate information throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across multiple university partners.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective students through shared inboxes and SMS campaigns.
  • Assist with outreach to leads who have paused or disengaged to encourage re-engagement.
  • Support the enrolment team with call tasks, chat inquiries, and lead follow-up.
  • Maintain student data accuracy in internal systems and CRMs.
  • Ensure a positive enrolment experience for every student you interact with.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or working towards a tertiary qualification.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or education-related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong client service skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to relate well to others with integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
