
Injury Triage Specialist

Delivering exceptional client experiences through effective injury triage services is at the heart of this role.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing reports of injuries and illness from our clients, making recommendations to achieve outstanding customer service. This involves conducting initial telephone screens with injured parties, developing Return to Work plans where required, liaising with treating medical practitioners, maintaining effective communication with client organisations, updating and maintaining databases, designing and documenting business processes, handling customer disappointments and complaints, completing Corrective Action Reporting where required, and preparing regular client reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial telephone screens with injured parties
- Develop Return to Work plans
- Liaise with treating medical practitioners
- Maintain effective communication with client organisations
- Update and maintain databases
- Design and document business processes
- Handle customer disappointments and complaints
- Complete Corrective Action Reporting
- Prepare regular client reports
- Allied Health Qualification (Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology)
- Registration with relevant professional body (NSW registration /AHPRA/ ESSA)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Driver's License
- Desirable: Experience and familiarity with applicable state and federal legislation, Return to Work Coordinator Training
