Educational Curator

The Curriculum Leadership Team is responsible for overseeing curriculum across all year levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attending regular meetings with the Assistant Principal (Learning) and other KLA leaders to discuss curriculum development and delivery.
- Collaborating with faculty staff to ensure accurate course documentation using online resources.
- Leading faculty meetings to drive curriculum development and implementation.
- Advising on assessment procedures to ensure compliance with Victorian Curriculum, Australian National Curriculum, and VCAA standards.
- Overseeing reporting and assessment processes within the department according to College policy.
The successful applicant will have:
- A teaching qualification with current VIT registration.
- Understanding of pastoral care needs of students in a Catholic boys' secondary school environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers to achieve educational goals.
- Experience and understanding of issues impacting boys' education.
- Experience in educational leadership and curriculum development in English.
- Ability to develop innovative curricular and co-curricular initiatives that enhance student learning outcomes.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to support the smooth operation of the Curriculum Leadership Team.
