The Role:
  • Experience: Previous experience in managing staff and leading teams, especially in a health or community services environment would be valuable.
  • CARE Values: Able to demonstrate the values of the organisation, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence, with a commitment to providing the best care possible for our clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be working closely with staff, clients and their families, so clear and empathetic communication is essential.

Details of appointment:

Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team.
  • notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary: $98,255 to $103,069 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.

Salary Packaging:

You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.

Eligibility:
