Administrative Coordinator

Our team at the Statewide Sexual Health Service works collaboratively across three clinic locations to diagnose, treat and manage sexually transmissible infections, sexual functioning issues and conditions impacting sexuality and gender diversity. We also provide care and management of HIV and treatment and cure of Hepatitis C.
We offer a multidisciplinary transgender service including information, support and medical assistance and guidance.
This role is responsible for ensuring efficient coordination and administration of our North Sexual Health Service clinics. This includes managing patient appointments, providing high-level administrative and clerical support functions, maintaining confidentiality and discretion, and working in accordance with our established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient appointments and ensure smooth information flow
- Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to staff members
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion during reception duties
- Work in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines
This is a permanent part-time position working 15.2 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. The preferred workday is Thursday, with flexibility required ad-hoc and availability to provide leave cover.
