Our Services

We operate across Victoria, New South Wales, and Tasmania with many homes and thousands of residents and employees. We offer home care services and manage over 700 units in retirement villages and independent living communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement lifestyle and social care programs tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Foster a supportive environment through meaningful activities and therapeutic services.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and the wider community.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to promote holistic wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant role.
  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or Diploma in Leisure and Health (or willingness to obtain).
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Proficient in computer systems and information management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of aged care quality standards and person-centred care principles.
  • National Police Check and appropriate working rights in Australia.
