Job Overview

As a Psychosocial Risk Lead, you will play a pivotal role in promoting employee wellbeing and psychosocial safety within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on psychological injury claims and recovery pathways.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive positive cultural and behavioural outcomes.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across wellbeing and psychosocial programs.
  • Support the Injury Care Team in managing complex and high-risk cases.

You are expected to be a compassionate and knowledgeable professional, recognised as a subject matter expert in psychosocial safety and wellbeing frameworks. With tertiary qualifications in psychology, mental health, or a related discipline, you bring extensive experience in injury management, psychological safety, and wellbeing program design.

Key to success in this role is your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive positive change within an organisation.
