Key Responsibilities:

  • Graduate from GOLFTEC University, a comprehensive training program
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to improve students' golf skills
  • Develop customized lesson plans for students of varying skill levels
  • Provide GOLFTEC services, including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor lessons, and more
  • Create an exceptional experience for GOLFTEC students both inside and outside of training bays
  • Maintain the GOLFTEC Training Center environment, equipment, and technology
  • Perform daily opening & closing functions for the Training Center
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in golf instruction or club fitting
  • Prior knowledge of golf swing mechanics is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds

What We Offer:

  • A set schedule with two days off per week, including one weekend day
  • Seven paid holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
