Groundsperson - Golf Courses Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundsperson to maintain our golf courses in excellent condition.

About the Role

This is a key position within our team, responsible for undertaking maintenance of golf course, gardens and adjacent areas. The successful candidate will be required to work efficiently and effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain golf course, gardens and adjacent areas to ensure they are well-manicured and free from weeds and debris.
  • Undertake turf maintenance, pest and disease control including weed control.
  • Perform tree pruning and removal of trees and shrubs as necessary.
  • Litter pick up, mulching, pruning, weeding and fertilising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role or environment.
  • Current Class C driver's licence.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to undertake).
  • WHS Construction Induction (White Card – or willingness to undertake).
  • Chemsmart/Smartrain (or willingness to undertake).
