Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Excellence Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Model our service and selling standards to ensure customers receive outstanding service while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach team members to fine-tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in retail leadership, preferably with a focus on men's/women's apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded. Visual Merchandising, Stockroom Procedures, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
