Senior Operations Manager

The role of Senior Operations Manager is critical to the success of our digital products. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence by implementing strategies for continuous delivery and integration.

You will build and maintain systems and processes that monitor all aspects relating to the health of digital products. A deep understanding of cloud platforms, automation, scripting, security, containerisation, and orchestration is essential. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and logging platforms is also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of operations engineers, incident managers, and contingent workforce
  • Forming an operations strategy aimed at establishing best-in-class infrastructure, processes, and skills
  • Driving operational excellence through strategies for continuous delivery and integration
  • Building strong relationships with development teams to understand code dependencies and infrastructure
  • Monitoring system health and performance using various tools
  • Encouraging shared vision while building cross-functional relationships across the business

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
