Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a multi-disciplined electrical team, overseeing the design, quotation, quality requirements, and technical support processes of electrical and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expertise and guidance to the team on designing, controlling, and ensuring functional safety of mobile and industrial electrical systems
  • Reviewing project handover documentation and customer specifications
  • Scheduling, prioritizing, and ensuring timely delivery of day-to-day work for engineering design and controls teams
  • Supporting the production team to ensure timely delivery
  • Supporting sales and service teams with preparing quotations for electrical and control systems
  • Traveling to sites to support sales and service teams with developing, quoting, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical and control systems
  • Monitoring global product portfolios and identifying suitable products for the market range
  • Providing customer support for electrical/electronic component and system enquiries
Requirements:
  • Educated in Electrical and/or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Extensive management and engineering experience with ability to drive tasks from inception through to completion
  • SAP Production (PP) module experience
  • Autodesk - AutoCAD and Vault experience
