Electrical Systems Supervisor Role

The role involves leading routine inspections and in-process checks across electrical systems, conducting testing, quality assessments, and compliance audits on-site. As an Electrical QA Supervisor, you will coach and guide technicians to ensure quality standards are met, and identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.

This position is ideal for individuals with experience in supervisory roles, preferably in construction and maintenance projects. You should have a strong understanding of QA/QC systems, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular QA/QC inspections and in-process checks
  • Lead and guide technicians to meet quality standards
  • Identify and report electrical problems using testing devices
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • WA Electrical Licence (Essential)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance projects
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, documentation, and compliance
  • Valid Driver's License - C Class (Minimum)
  • OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card
