About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, or client relationship management at a senior level.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build, nurture, and expand long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and growth.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the client base, increasing client lifetime value.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships that align with our strategic goals.
  • Client Relationship Leadership: Serve as the executive-level relationship manager for key accounts.
  • Partner closely with professionals delivering services to ensure seamless collaboration and excellent client outcomes.
  • Champion service excellence, ensuring every client interaction reflects our values.
  • Actively seek client feedback and translate insights into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to align client engagement, sales, and operational strategies.
  • Ensure that sales and client success strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership to foster a high-performance, client-focused culture.
  • Performance & Market Insight: Track and analyze sales performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
  • Provide regular reporting to the executive team on client growth and revenue outcomes.
  • Use insights to refine sales strategies, improve service offerings, and anticipate client needs.
