Field Service Technician II

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert maintenance and installation services for various equipment across diverse industries.

This involves performing routine inspections, conducting repairs, and implementing preventive measures to ensure seamless operations.

  • Installation Projects:
    • Manage and oversee the installation of new equipment
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Maintenance Services:
    • Perform regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures
    • Conduct troubleshooting and repair work to restore optimal functionality
  • Training and Support:
    • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on equipment operation and maintenance
    • Provide technical assistance and guidance as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, or 4-6 years' experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Extensive travel may be required, including international assignments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
