Job Title: Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Parts Interpreter, based in Wacol.

 

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance on spare parts interpretation in an industrial equipment business. They will work closely with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a competitive remuneration package and access to employee benefits account including discounts on groceries, electronics and more.

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Similar experience in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in spare parts interpretation in an industrial equipment business
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • A high level of customer service experience
  • Passion for workplace Health & Safety
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to work requirements and prioritise workloads
