About the Role


As a Senior Marketing Professional at Cement Australia, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives for our bulk and packaged cement product portfolios. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity to make a significant impact on our reputation as a sustainable market leader.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to drive sustainable growth in the cement market.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to create and implement point-of-sale strategies for retail stores.
  • Oversee product training initiatives to ensure alignment with internal teams and external customers.
  • Manage high-profile events and trade expos to drive brand impact.
  • Drive national promotional campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Cement Australia's brand guidelines and promote brand integrity.

About You


We seek a senior marketing professional with demonstrated leadership in delivering strategic marketing initiatives. You will bring:



  • Extensive experience in product launches and market positioning, preferably in the industrial, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
  • Strong skills in content creation and digital marketing, including website management, social media strategy, and campaign implementation.
  • Expertise in budget management and ROI tracking, ensuring efficient use of marketing spend.
  • A customer-centric mindset with experience managing national campaigns and branded materials.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional projects, including collaborating with key accounts and sales teams.
  • Experience in managing events and coordinating external providers.
  • Analytical skills to monitor performance and improve engagement strategies.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business (or equivalent).
