About the Role:


We are currently seeking a Commercial Growth Specialist to join our Sales team in QLD on a part-time basis, covering a 12-month maternity leave period. This role involves managing the sales function with a primary focus on Commercial builders, developers, major plumbers, and some architects and designers, as well as merchant relationship cross-over.


In this position, you will be responsible for executing relevant strategic business and promotional plans in the commercial building segment to provide sustainable revenue and gross margin growth while developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.


About You:


We are looking for an experienced sales professional with 3-5 years of sales experience, specifically in the building and construction industry. You will bring:



  • Experience working with GWA product ranges is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and customers across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to influence business leaders, distributors, and retailers for enhanced commercial outcomes.
  • Sales and marketing expertise, including the development and implementation of strategies and sales techniques, along with a solid understanding of product development.
  • Effective people management skills.
