We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team in Toowoomba. As a Service Advisor, you will provide expert advice to customers and staff, schedule jobs, and process quotes, invoices, and warranty claims.

About the Role:

This is an ideal position for someone with experience in a similar role at a truck, car machinery, or agricultural dealership. You should be mechanically-minded, a problem-solver, team player, excellent communicator, and possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

While a truck mechanic qualification or other mechanic qualification is desirable, it may not be necessary for the right person. We also welcome mechanics looking to move into an office-based role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional and professional customer service
  • Inspect parts related to warranty claims and ensure parts are dispatched
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers and staff
  • Assist with warranty administration when required
  • Ensure customer needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model, and issues of their vehicle then advise appropriate services
