Key Skills:

  • Adept at assessing, planning, and evaluating care with clients, family members, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of community-based services and referral pathways.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Administrative experience in information sharing, report writing, scheduling, and rostering activities.
