Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Liaison. This role will involve building strong relationships with referral networks, community groups, and local congregations to promote our aged care services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with potential residents and their families to provide guidance and support throughout the transition into aged care.
