  • Site Operations: Be the key contact for site-related matters concerning cost, capability, product, and processes.
  • Project Trials: Lead end-to-end project trials onsite in collaboration with RDQ teams.
  • Reporting and Status Updates: Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports, and monthly review meetings.
  • Resource Planning: Contribute to budget management, resource planning, and utilization.
  • Project Readiness: Confirm completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.
  • Vendor Relationships: Owning the relationship with external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery.
