Product Innovation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Innovation Specialist to drive the development of new coating technologies and improve existing products. As a key member of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will be responsible for translating consumer and market insights into new projects that support growth in traditional and adjacent markets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and analyze experiments to develop new coating technologies and improve existing products.
Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful product launches and meet regulatory requirements.
Develop solutions to technical risks and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Maintain high product quality standards while ensuring compliance with all safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in coatings technology and a proven track record in product development. A degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline is essential, along with advanced qualifications and industrial experience in coatings, paints, or related fields.
