Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Executives in Digital Modernisation & Transformation.

  • This role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with exceptional administrative skills to provide comprehensive support to the Extended Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing high-quality administrative assistance as required.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executives and Extended Leadership Team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and other related tasks.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely responses to correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
