Project Manager Opportunity

About the Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Contract Administrator or Contract Manager to step up into a project management role, collaborating with our team for long-term success.

  • You will be responsible for managing a Contracts Administrator and interfacing with a Cadet.
  • Monthly forecasting and financial management will also be under your purview.
  • Solid contracts and commercial experience are essential in leading the team through procurement and general contract administration.
About the Person

We seek a future leader with mentoring skills, ideally with experience on Government and Institutional Projects. The ideal candidate should have a stable employment record and tenure with similar 2nd or 3rd tier construction firms.

  • 5+ years of tenure with the same organisation is preferred but not necessary.
  • Experience in government, institutional, or commercial projects is essential.
