About the Role

  • Collaboration occurs across business units to align operations with broader strategic goals.
About You
  • You have proven experience in business operations, strategic planning, and portfolio delivery within complex environments.
  • A strong understanding of financial management, including OPEX/CAPEX and business case development, is required.
  • Demonstrated success in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks is necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, are essential.
  • You must have high levels of energy, initiative, and self-drive—you're proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to lead change, drive innovation, and foster a collaborative team culture is crucial.
  • Experience managing employee engagement and communications programs is required.
  • Skill in coordinating cross-functional projects and aligning operational activities with strategic outcomes is necessary.
