  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Performance Marketing: Champion high-impact performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, collaborating with in-house agencies to scale acquisition efforts and optimize ROI.
    • Paid Social Content: Develop and execute paid social content strategies, leveraging creative assets and data-driven insights to maximize CACs and conversion rates.
    • Test-Measure-Learn Loop: Establish a continuous test-measure-learn process to optimize paid social content performance, working closely with local content and regional online marketing teams.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance in detail, deriving actionable insights and maintaining a regular reporting cadence to track KPIs.
    • Partnerships: Build and manage partnerships that support customer acquisition goals, collaborating with external platforms and brands to create joint initiatives and offers.
    • Database Acquisition: Develop strategies for building, growing, and converting new sign-ups and app downloads, driving customer advocacy and viral growth.
    • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the content and creative team to drive campaign ideation, copywriting, and creative assets that resonate with target audiences across digital channels.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure best practices and innovation in acquisition marketing.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience: 4+ years in a high-intensity growth marketing or performance marketing role, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition across digital channels.
    • Driven and Self-Motivated: Always seeking creative ways to scale and grow.
    • Analytical Mindset: Highly skilled in data analysis, using insights to drive better strategies and inform key decisions.
    • Expertise: Experience scaling paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
    • Partnerships: Strong experience working on successful partnerships with sound unit economics.
    • Creative Focus: Valuing the importance of creative in performance marketing and having worked closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ads.
