Legal Assistant Role Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative services including diary management, invoicing, raising purchase orders in SAP, meeting support and electronic filing.
  • Manage file opening in a matter management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Administration professional with experience ideally from a legal practice.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and ability to confidently format Word documents and create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and presentation skills.
