The Opportunity:

You will take responsibility for building the skills of our critical specialists. You'll design and deliver training programs that ensure they are equipped to manage increasingly complex systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop structured training pathways for Secondary Systems technicians.
  • Align qualifications with emerging industry needs.
  • Oversee compliance, training content, audits, and continuous improvement.
  • SUPPORT onboarding and succession planning by embedding technical learning pathways.
  • Represent us at industry forums to influence the future of secondary systems training.

About You:

You are a Secondary Systems expert who enjoys developing others. You combine deep technical knowledge with a collaborative style, and you're able to translate complex systems into accessible learning experiences. You will bring:

  • A strong background in protection, metering, telecoms, or control systems.
  • A Certificate IV TAE (or willingness to obtain).
  • Demonstrated experience in training design and delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and industry collaboration skills.
