About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Administrator to join our high-performing team in Bundaberg. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support across the branch, set up and maintain administrative processes and records, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the branch team
  • Set up and maintain administrative processes and records
  • Coordinate mail and courier services
  • Maintain office supplies and branch amenities
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on routine matters
  • Assist with preparing branch timesheets and liaising with Payroll
  • Process customer sales orders and prepare purchase orders
  • Reconcile accounts and invoice customers
  • Maintain safety stock levels and ensure accurate stock records
  • Perform general clerical duties, scanning, photocopying, and filing
