Logistics Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at Team Global Express. As a key member of our Freight Office, you will provide exceptional customer-focused services to both external and internal clients.
Your primary duties will include general administrative and freight office duties, participating in team-based activities, and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing documentation, processing carrier payments, and providing accurate and timely financial and operational reports.

Key Responsibilities
- General administrative and freight office duties as required.
- Participate fully in working as a team and to participate in all 'multi skill' training and learning and development opportunities.
- Administration compliance and other reporting.
- Participate in all Freight Office activities and ensure that all documentation processed is accurate and complete.
- Ensure all activities undertaken in the Freight Office are compliant with Team Global Express policies, procedures and guidelines and meet audit requirements.
- Customer Service.
- Carrier payment reconciliation and processing.
- Pallet control/data entry.
- Reception duties as required.
- Active support and participation in quality management procedures and practices.
- Provide a range of accurate and timely financial and operational reports as instructed by the Administration Manager.
- Dissemination of business requirements and general information to branch employees.
