Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Crystal Brook Hospital. The successful candidate will provide high-level administration support services, contributing to the effective and efficient management of the Administration department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the hospital switchboard and reception area
  • Create, store, retain, and dispose of resident records and contribute to the efficient resident management system
  • Maintain accurate data entry into Chiron and Working Systems
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, create documents using Microsoft Office Suite, and be proficient in taking and typing meeting minutes
  • Assist with the Accreditation process as required

About You

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Administration department.
