Job Summary

We are seeking a competitive, results-driven Internal Sales Specialist to join our team at our Winnellie branch on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting growth within the Access brand, sourcing new opportunities, preparing customer quotes, and establishing strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold and warm lead outbound calling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Preparing customer quotes and providing technical information regarding Access products.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to increase overall customer value.
  • Working alongside our Sales and Operations teams to achieve targeted business goals.
Requirements
  • Experience within the Hire industry or another similar industry would be highly advantageous.
  • A demonstrated capacity to pick up and learn a broad range of technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritize work.
  • Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • A fun, energetic, and hardworking approach.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
