Global Data Center Infrastructure Availability Expert

This role is focused on the strategic planning, implementation, and management of global data center infrastructure to ensure high availability.
The team tackles complex challenges with multiple variables impacting supply chains, requiring skilled professionals who can deliver safe and secure solutions while optimizing capacity at minimal costs.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop global best practices through incident response processes.
- Analyze Root Cause Analysis reports and lead discussions for corrective actions related to site/equipment failures.
- Contribute to regular infrastructure availability reporting.
- Design corrective global programs through strategic action plans.
- Provide technical direction for SPOF (Single Point of Failure) initiatives.
- Participate in project reviews and approvals.
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in incident management and problem-solving.
- Experience working with large-scale data center providers.
