Data Center Availability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Center Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high availability and security of our data centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve global availability through incident management and root cause analysis.
- Review and inspect Root Cause Analysis reports, leading discussions on corrective actions related to site/equipment failures.
- Contribute to regular colocation availability reporting for senior leadership.
- Define corrective global programs through strategic action plans, workflow development, and mentoring regional teams.
- Provide technical direction for Single Point of Failure (SPOF) programs, including availability strategies and risk reduction initiatives.
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure and availability engineering in data centers.
- Experience with incident management, problem-solving, risk assessment, and mitigation.
- End-to-end project delivery experience, preferably in large colocation infrastructure projects.
