Chief Global Data Center Availability Strategist

Senior Data Center Infrastructure Availability Engineer plays a vital role in the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all global infrastructure. They support all data centers and ensure customers have continual access to innovation.
Challenging problems with thousands of variables impact the supply chain, and we're looking for talented people who want to help.
Collaborate across departments to deliver high safety and security standards while providing capacity at the lowest possible cost.
- Develop global strategies through incident management processes.
- Review and inspect Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lead discussions for corrective actions.
- Contribute to regular Colocation availability reporting.
- Define corrective global program implementation through strategic action plans.
Travel ~25% internationally.
Required Skills and Qualifications3+ years experience in infrastructure and availability engineering in data centers.
3+ years experience in incident management and problem-solving, risk assessment and mitigation.
Experience with end-to-end project delivery, preferably in large colocation infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Experience working with global data center providers in multiple regions.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
