As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing holistic OEM customer and technical support to our valued customers across the Bowen Basin and the coast.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote parts and service sales solutions to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity.
- Attend customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment.
- Demonstrated success in a similar role with strong customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and able to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel within your region as required.
- Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline required.
