Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Mining Customer Support Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our mining customers, responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring seamless operations. A strong background in mechanical or electrical trade qualifications is essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services that meet and exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with our Service and Parts departments to plan and execute major maintenance events, and collaborate with site representatives to resolve technical issues.
