About the Role:

As a Product Design Leader, you will be responsible for designing bold ideas into seamless experiences that redefine how people connect.

You will lead end-to-end design across consumer and business surfaces – from discovery to high-fidelity execution. You will collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to design seamless journeys across iOS, Android, and web.

Your primary goal will be to develop deep user empathy and translate insight into experiences that feel intuitive and delightful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing product features that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Maintaining and evolving our visual identity, product tone, and system-wide design patterns.
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and standards.
  • Evaluating and improving existing designs to ensure they align with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that shows taste, craft, and real-world impact.
  • Strong interaction and visual design skills, across platforms (mobile, desktop, responsive).
  • Experience working within or evolving a design system.
  • A bias for simplicity and speed – you know when to ship fast and when to polish.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain your thinking and influence decisions.
